Leiknes Rock Carvings, a site with 9000-year-old rock art, is one of Norway's most extensive and impressive rock carving areas from the Old Stone Age. Situated on a boulder a few kilometers south of Korsnes, the main field spans nearly 500 m², showcasing 33 animal figures depicted as contour drawings, accurately representing various species. Short walk, 2-300 meters, from the road.
